My main research focus is large-scale urban hydrology modeling. I am passionate about and an advocate for open-source software and open science. I have developed several open-source Python libraries that are available on Github.

Furthermore, I enjoy reading about the philosophy of science, cosmology, and quantum physics. Science-fiction and fantasy are my favorite genre of books/movies/TV shows. Watching movies and cooking Pizza are my guilty pleasures!
